On the premises you’ll find washing and dry cleaning facilities, facilities for cleaning fish, a locked room for storing equipment and freezer facilities for storing your catch.

The close proximity to Nykøbing Falster means that shopping and dining possibilities are plenty – even on foot. Morning buffets can be bought – as well as lunch packages – and as a group you can also order dinner. Additionally, there’s a kitchen that can be used at your discretion.

Hegnegården offers accommodation in beautiful surroundings. We’ve got special facilities that any fisherman will appreciate: A big outdoor grill, a place for cleaning your catch, and a fire place. Hegnegården is a place that you’ll want to return to. We really value quality.

You can choose between different types of accommodation – in cozy rooms with hotel standards, and with a beautiful, roomy living room. Or a more spartan B&B. And if you’re into something entirely different, we’ve got tipi-tents with incorporated fire places.

As of summer 2016 we cooperate with a local skipper, who can take up to four people out fishing on the fjord in a speedy and well-equipped boat – approved by the Danish Maritime Authority. We can also offer a fishing guide that will tailor whatever fishing trip you have in mind.

Holbæk Fjord Camping & Wellness is perfectly situated with Orø in the background – and easy access to beautiful fishing spots.

We have different types of accommodation offers that you can choose between – including comfortable cabins with baths and toilets and lovely shelters. If you prefer bringing your own camper, you can do that too, and depending on where you’d like to be located, we have 4 different price categories that you can choose between. Additionally, it is possible to rent a camper and a villa tent.

When you’re staying with us you’re welcome to freely use over swimming pool, spa and sauna – along with all the other free facilities. Furthermore, we offer professional treatments such as body- and hot-stone massages as well as facial- and foot massages.

You can always talk to our local fishing guide in the reception, and if you catch a fish, we have all the facilities for cleaning, storing and/or cooking your catch.

Hotel HøjbySø

Hotel HøjbySø is the newest hotel in Odsherred, constructed with the ambience of a beach hotel. It lies directly on the beautiful Højby lake where you can fish and go hiking in the area. In addition, its location in Højby is ideal for excursions around Odsherred.

Hotel HøjbySø has three types of rooms, standard, comfort and family, all reasonably priced. The hotel also offers mini vacations for 2, 3 or 4 days.

At Hotel HøjbySø you can also rent accommodations in the hostel section, which has 4 double rooms (for 8 people) and its own kitchen and common area. The price per night for 8 people is 1,800 Danish crowns, for 2 people 450 crowns. You can either bring your own bed linens or rent them from the hotel.

Our large basement can be used for cleaning fish, and you can also store various equipment here. There is also a freezer.

Rørvig Center

We are happy to welcome you to Rørvig Center where the charm of the past is mixed with modern facilities, creating a unique atmosphere. Our vacation cottages are located in the middle of Rørvig, close to the beach and with only a 3 minute walk to our cozy harbor. There is a soccer field, a playground and a pavilion with a billiard table and table football games.

We have an outdoor sink set up where you can cut and clean fish. And you can keep your waders and fishing rods in our outdoor shed.

Sleep & Coffee

This Bed & Breakfast is located less than 150 meters from the old town center and Præstø Fjord. It boasts light and spacious rooms with free wifi and an icecream cafe and store.

The rooms at Sleep & Coffee are simple but tastefully decorated. They come with shared bath rooms.

The guests have free access to a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, TV-room and a big balcany. Additionally, there is a bike rental service and free parking. The Sleep & Coffee store sells specialties such as chocolate, coffee and tea.

Tours in Præstø city can be arranged, and there is good fishing to be had in the river behind the Sleep & Coffee property. Præstø harbour is three minutes away, and you can access Præstø Fjord directly from the garden via Tubæk River.

Stubbekøbing Camping and Feriecenter is centrally located on Falster, and it’s a great accommodation alternative for fishermen. The coastal shores are withing close walking distance, and the brackish waters of Moen aren’t far away – with their alluring pike and perch fishing. Additionally, there is great garfish-fishing to be had in Groensund.

The camp site is surrounded by some of the prettiest scenery you can imagine with a direct view of Groensund, Bogoe, and the Faroe bridges, with forests and recreational areas as the nearest neighbors and only a few minutes walk to Stubbekoebing with good shopping facilities.

Tiendegaarden Bed & Breakfast on Møn is a really good starting point for fishing- and outdoor trips and visits to GeoCenter Møns Klint, Samlermuseumet Thorsvang, Vordingborg BorgCenter and all the many galleries, artisan shops and flea markets that are scattered along the small, windy roads on Møn.

Vesterlyng Camping

Vesterlyng Camping is situated in Sejerøbugten near the city of Havnsø in the southern reaches of Odsherred. The camp site has a cleaning station for your catch, accommodation in well-insulated luxury cabins with baths, toilets and six beds. Alternatively, you can bring your own camper or tent when that’s in season. Additionally, there are ferry connections to Sejerø and Nekselø, a café and conference room, and a boat launch site in Havnsø. Vesterlyng Camping is a prime starting point for seatrout and flounder fishing. Kaldred Put & Take is also within close range.

Voldstedgaard is a cozy little B&B, which is situated in a beautiful area with plenty of forests and coastal shores. In close proximity the fishing spots; Borremosen, Bavnehøj fritidsområde, Guldborgbroen, Tunellen, Skansen (Bikuben) Grønsund/gammel færgebro at Næs and Kong Frederik IVs bridge can be found. The are all located within a radius of 15 minutes drive, and the sea trout fishing can be really good.

The B&B offers comfortable and spacious rooms, and you can whether or not you need your own bath and toilet or not – and they offer storage room for fishing equipment, wet waders etc. Furthermore the B&B has its own restaurant with lots of tasty dishes.
